What is Positive Aging?

Positive aging includes:

  • Feeling good about ourselves and our quality of life.

  • Maintaining a sense of purpose.

  • Having the ability and freedom to make choices.

  • Managing stress.

  • Staying involved with family and social networks.

Life presents its challenges as we grow older and SCOA is here to provide continuous assistance and support, ensuring that positive aging remains a tangible reality for all.
