PLEA is a non-profit, non-government organization that exists to educate and inform the people of Saskatchewan about the law and the legal system. PLEA offers programs and services to the general public as well as to school communities.

Community Volunteer Income Tax Program - About the program - The objective of the CVITP is to help eligible taxpayers who do not know how to prepare their income tax and benefit returns, and who have low to modest income and a simple tax situation.

Saskatoon Food Bank and Learning Centre - Volunteers help people with low income with tax returns. Phone: 306.664.6565. 
Please note: Walk-In Services for the Income Tax clinic at the Saskatoon Food Bank are only open during the tax season (March to May)

Saskatoon Public Library offers free income tax help sessions for people with
low income. Phone 306.975.3518 for information about income tax sessions.
Note: the program cannot prepare returns for people who are deceased or have never completed Canadian Income Tax forms.
