In today's world, knowing how to use the internet and digital tools is essential. Digital literacy skills help older adults stay social, remain independent, and access vital services. If you are uncomfortable using technology, everyday tasks like paying bills online, shopping, scheduling medical appointments, or using social media can become overwhelming and stressful.
This presentation includes interactive activities to help participants build a basic set of digital literacy skills, including communication, media, collaboration, and much more.
