Globe Walk’s 10th Anniversary Launch: Celebrating Ukrainian New Year

International Folk Dancer, Dorothy McQueen, will teach a Ukrainian Dance.  Angie Wollbaum will play her accordion and share a few Ukrainian songs.  

FAST Program – Strong, Balanced and Fast for Older Adults
Weds Jan 25 to Weds April 12, 9 am to 10 am
Mtg Room 3, Saskatoon Field House Cost: $75 for 12 weeks

Strong, Balanced, & FAST is an exercise program aimed at older adults with a focus on balance, upper and lower body strength and mobility, and core stability.
Attendance at all sessions is recommended but not mandatory.
Wear loose fitting clothing or anything comfortable for movement.
A limited number of yoga mats will be provided; please feel free to bring your own mat
